Welcome to our cremation blog!
6 07 2007Welcome to the first Internet blog dedicated exclusively to cremation.
As we build our blog, we will introduce you to crematories and cremation service providers throughout the United States. Also, we’ll share ideas and practical advice on how you can arrange a memorial service (or full service funeral) that won’t strain your budget and is emotionally and spiritually satisfying.
Cremation is an option that more Americans are choosing today. There are many reasons this trend is growing: we’re becoming more mobile (severing ties with old neighborhoods), economics are a high priority for many people as they suffer under the strain of high mortgage payments and health insurance costs, and we’re not as dependent on religious customs and traditions as we were thirty years ago. We’ll discuss these in greater detail in future blog posts.
Thanks for visiting our little corner of the Web. If you have any questions, please write me at CremationOptions@aol.com. I try very hard to answer all of my messages within 8-12 hours but sometimes other projects may cause slight delays. I promise I will answer your e-mail as quickly as possible.
Regards,
John G. DePretis,
